
I've been training people for over 15 years, in gyms, one on one and group situations. I love helping people reach their fitness goals. I offer a variety of customised training programs depending on your needs/goals. Sessions can be outdoors, at your home, or the gym.
I am currently studying a bachelor of Health Science majoring Nutritional Medicine and am very passionate about encouraging people to make great choices in regard to, not only exercise, but their nutrition as well.

When training with Emma I was at my most fit and I also found I was enjoying exercise more than I ever had. Rather than finding excuses to avoid getting outside to puff and sweat, I was actually disappointed if I missed a session. Emma draws on her wealth of experience to offer sensible advice and training techniques, which were appropriate to my fitness level and skills. The sessions were varied and were tailored to what I enjoyed doing. She motivated gently (not in a bossy manner like “Bootcamp” style training) and offered encouragement and support. My husband and myself have trained with Emma for the last 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Whilst we get a really good work out, Emma is able to incorporate lots of fun into the program which has enabled us to give 100% without it being like a bootcamp. She has taught us that you don’t need to go to an expensive gym to get fit, you can improvise with equipment that you already have around the home, which allows you to work out when it suits you. I would highly recommend Emma as your personal trainer if you want to make it fun as well as improve your mind and body.
